Interesting. The Iran/Russia love fest continues to grow. Indeed something to keep an eye on.
Follow the money and I wouldn't be surprised to see Iran paying out the wazoo for the assistance. And if someone can tell me why a country that sits on some of the world's largest oil reserves needs nuclear power, I'm all ears.
