Pilfered uniforms cost 1 life

Once again, the New York Times is apparently enjoying the services of Baghdad Bob.

If you were to read this article, you would think we're losing the battle for Fallujah. This unit of Marines lose one precious life, but in the process, our forces now control the majority of the city, and have killed an estimated 1,000-1,200 of the bad guys.

But again, to read this article, you'd think we were losing. Maybe this is what it was like in Vietnam where you have our guys on the ground kicking some serious ass, but the jackals writing for the newspapers "of record" somehow fail to grasp that.

FOXNews.com - U.S. & World - Iraqi Officials: Fallujah Mission 'Accomplished'

At least 1,200 insurgents have been killed since the battle for Fallujah (search) began four days ago, U.S. military officials estimated.
1,200 would be a great start. Keep it up, fellas.

Business Day

Typical bravery on display by the leaders of the terrorist thugs. What can you expect from someone who thinks he's a man because he cuts the heads off defenseless victims - all the while keeping his own face covered.

They are nothing but cowards, and they will die like the dogs they are.

New York Post Online Edition: news

Doncha just love this?? We can watch Palestinians living in total squalor, with practically nothing, and their asshole, now dead, leader has 4 billion in the bank.

I can't help but wonder what 4 billion dollars would have done to actually help the Palestinians to create a better life, rather than sit in a thug's bank account.

And to think that this thug terrorist was the media's darling, and the most frequent foreign visitor to the Clinton White House.

Simply unbelievable.

FOXNews.com - Views - Junk Science - Polar Bear Scare on Thin Ice

More proof that Fox is just a wing of the Republican Party. :) Can you imagine CNN/ABC/CBS/NBC posting an article/story about how global warming is just a myth?? And, as is often the case with the liberals, their very own report debunks what they're trying to say. Here:

The report, entitled “Impacts of a Warming Arctic,” pretty much debunks itself on page 23 in the graph labeled, “Observed Arctic Temperature, 1900 to Present.”
The graph shows that Arctic temperatures fluctuate naturally in regular cycles that are roughly 40 years long. The Arctic seems currently to be undergoing a warming phase — similar to one experienced between 1920-1950 — which will likely be followed by a cooling phase — similar to the one experienced between 1950-1990.

Here:

The report’s claim that increased manmade emissions of greenhouse gases are causing Arctic temperatures to rise is debunked by the same graph, which indicates that the near surface Arctic air temperature was higher around 1940 than now, despite all the greenhouse gas emissions since that time.

And here:

Also self-debunking is the report’s statement, “Since the start of the industrial revolution, the atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration has increased by about 35 percent and the global average temperature has risen by about 0.6 degrees Centigrade.” So despite all the greenhouse gases emitted by human activity over a period of 200 years — we’re supposed to worry, and even panic, about a measly 0.6 degree Centrigrade rise in average global temperature during that time?
Even if such a slight temperature change could credibly be estimated, it would seem to be well within the natural variation in average global temperature, which in the case of the Arctic, for example, is a range of about 3 degrees Centigrade. Remember, global climate isn’t static — it’s always either cooling or warming.

But, like the liberals they are, they refuse to let facts get in their way:

Even though manmade greenhouse gas emissions and warmer temperatures don’t seem to be a problem in the Arctic according to their own data, the researchers nevertheless blamed them for causing supposed 15 percent declines in both the average weight of adult polar bears and number of cubs born between 1981 and 1998 in the Hudson Bay region.

Count Every Vote!

Ha, ha! Count every vote. Every single one. Guess what? Bush still wins. Even more, because his count has now surpassed 60 MILLION votes. Sweet.

The New York Times > International > Middle East > The Marines: Black Flags Are Deadly Signals as Cornered Rebels Fight Back

Hey, look, Baghdad Bob is not dead, he's writing for the New York Times!!!

Yes, dear readers, upon reading this article you will come to the conclusion that the Marines are scared shitless of black flags, that we're losing the fight in Fallujah, and that the Marines are hating life and their jobs.

And this is our national paper of record??

This Just In - Kerry's IQ Likely Lower than Bush's!

I stumbled across this article just today. Interesting read, but Catfish might be the most interested in it. Not sure I agree with the apples/oranges approximations, but the observations on education and standardized test scores are worth an eyebrow raise.

Thank YOU Vets

I'd like to take a moment to thank all the veterans who are serving now, or have served in the past, our country. Hats off to you, gents. (And Ladies too).

Thank you.

Looks like he's completely dead this time. As in deader than fried chicken.
I can't wait to see the funeral all over the frickin' TV for the next several days. I'll put up even money that chants of "Death to America/Israel," etc will be on the program, sung by the Arab Rock-throwin' Choir.

The Watchdogs of Fallujah - If a "muj" blinks, the Marines of VMU-1 see it

"'I confirm weapons,' said Sgt. Jenifer Forman, an imagery analyst. 'Watch their right arms when they run. They're shooting across the river.'
When the black spots bobbed together, the screen suddenly bloomed white, then settled back into focus, showing a thick gray cloud and a scattering of small black spots, like someone in the cloud had thrown out a handful of rocks.
'Tank gun got them,' Neumann said. 'Picked them up on their thermals. They're scratched. Scan up the street.'"
Ooo-rah. Happy birthday, USMC. Semper Fi.

Powell expects to meet with Iranians

Hopefully, the meeting will go something like this:

Powell - "Hey, you know the nuclear facility that you're building?"

Iranian - "What nuclear facility?"

Powell - showing pictures "This nuclear facility."

Iranian - "That is not a nuclear facility!"

Powell - "That's correct, because we're going to let the Israelis bomb the snot out of it."

Powell - "And, as to the aid that you're giving to the terrorists..."

Iranian - "What we do is our business!"

Powell - "That aid will stop as of right now, or we begin bombing in 10 minutes."

It'll never happen, but I can dream, can't I??

I'm Sorry, Losers!

It seems some long haired, maggot infested, dope smoking hippies have taken it upon themselves to apologize to the world for the outcome of our presidential elections. They have posted pictures of themselves holding hand written apologies to the world. Most that I saw said something to the effect that half of America is sorry. Let's get something clear. It's not half. It's what I like to call the MINORITY. These people need to realize that their radical left wing liberal ideals do not reflect the way the majority of this country thinks. They are not the mainstream, either. President Bush garnered more votes than any other presidential candidate, ever. Can you say mandate?
I listed below what I think they are really trying to say with their signs.

I am sorry we are kicking the terrorist's asses so hard they haven't been able to attack us again in the U.S. I am sorry we are taking the fight to them so we don't have to fight them over here. I am sorry we got rid of an evil dictator who harbored, aided, and paid terrorists, not to mention that he killed tens of thousands of his subjects by firing squad, torture, and weapons of mass destruction. I am sorry his torture chambers and rape rooms are no longer in use. I am sorry we have liberated millions of people in Iraq and Afghanistan and introduced democracy to the the region. I am sorry Libya turned over their WMD programs because of our war on terror. I am sorry we have inoculated the children over there. I am sorry we have built schools for those same children. I am sorry women aren't treated like animals anymore, and I'm sorry they will be able to vote. I'm sorry we are trying to defend our country without consulting the crooks at the U.N.
The list goes on and on.
These people's political bigotry and hatred makes me sick.

U.S. Says Insurgent Leaders Likely Fled Falluja

This just in...

Generalissimo Franco Yasser Arafat is still not completely dead. That is all.

No Mandate For Gun Extremism

It's time to call BS on the Brady Bunch for their abuse of so-called media outlets. No respectable news agency will pick up their drivel, so they BUY (that's right, PURCHASE) their time in print/web from PRNewswire. This way, they can write whatever mindless propagandistic rubbish they want without the threat of journalistic integrity getting in the way.

The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence and the Million Mommies have been utterly ineffective with their shrill, left-wing lunatic stance against private gun ownership, demonizing law-abiding gun owners as the bad guys. They want ALL your guns, and they want all guns to be illegal. That's their agenda, and they will do ANYTHING to advance that agenda. These are the liars that have promoted the image of "Assault rifles" as machine guns, and other ridiculous claims in an effort to hoodwink the uninformed into the "guns are bad" message they want so desperately to advance.

For example:
"The NRA has their preferred candidate in the White House for another four years, but only after the President abandoned the NRA's rhetoric and sought to associate himself with sensible gun laws like renewing the assault weapons ban and closing the gun show loophole," said Brady President Michael Barnes.
Say what??? Now they're using the President's stance on the AWB in support of their mindless crusade? Just weeks ago, the President was positively satanic because he wouldn't strong-arm Congress into the renewal of the ban.

The spin that's in this one "article" is nauseating. Here's another gem:
Candidate John Thune's victory over Senator Daschle came after a campaign focused on Daschle's position as minority leader rather than the gun issue. No other incumbent Senator lost.
Granted, Daschle's minority leader position was a plum prize, but he's one of the most hated anti-gun legislators ever, and that's why he's gone.

Next time you read a "news" article, check the source. If someone has to pay for their message to get out, it's probably not worth listening to.

Barbra Streisand - We Must Have Patience

Anyone doubt that ole Babs has lost her mind??
for starters:

1. BUSH IGNORED THE ADVICE OF THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION REGARDING THE URGENT THREAT OF AL QAEDA.

Oh my - so we're going to go with what the "tough on terror" Clinton administration said?? The same Clinton administration that refused to pick up OBL when offered 3 times because Blowjob Bill didn't think he could prosecute OBl criminally?

2. BUSH IGNORED THE HART-RUDMAN COMMISSION TERRORISM REPORT, WHICH OUTLINED A RANGE OF U.S. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.

Yep, it's indeed all Bush's fault! I love it when liberals try to pretend they're tough when it comes to our foreign policy or national security. You get the feeling they have to go brush their teeth and gargle some listerine after saying something along those lines to get rid of the taste.

3. BUSH FAILED TO GET OVER 100,000 HOURS OF VALUABLE TERRORISM-RELATED TAPINGS TRANSLATED BY LINGUISTS AT THE F.B.I, A FULL 3 YEARS AFTER 9/11. IN FACT, JOHN ASHCROFT REFUSED TO ENDORSE FBI REQUESTS FOR $58 MILLION FOR NEW COUNTERTERRORISM FIELD AGENTS, TRANSLATORS AND INTELLIGENCE ANALYSTS.

100,000 hours of terrorism related tapings?? And what's your source on that, Babs?? Sounds an awful lot like the ole black helicopter theory to me.

4. BUSH HELD NO FACE TO FACE MEETINGS WITH HIS TERRORISM CHIEF RICHARD CLARK AND NEITHER DID DICK CHENEY WHO WAS HEAD OF THE TERRORISM TASK FORCE.

You mean the Richard Clark who's been completely discredited for being a partisian asshole? How many times did Bill Clinton meet with the head of the CIA in 8 years? 3 times??

5. BUSH CONTINUED HIS VACATION ON THE DAY HE RECEIVED A BRIEFING ABOUT THE IMPENDING ATTACK ON AMERICA.

Oh, so we actually KNEW about the impending attack, so George Bush deliberatly let 3,000 people die just so he could go to war in Iraq?

6. KNOWING ABOUT THE IMPENDING HIJACKINGS, BUSH DID NOTHING TO BEEF UP AIRLINE SECURITY.

See above.

7. BUSH'S ATTORNEY GENERAL, JOHN ASHCROFT, TOLD THE ACTING DIRECTOR OF THE F.B.I. TO NOT TELL HIM ANYTHING MORE ABOUT TERRORISM.

Source, please?

8. BUSH WAS INACTIVE AND INDECISIVE FOR A FULL 7 MINUTES THE MORNING OF 9/11 WHEN INFORMED OF THE ATTACK ON THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. IF BUSH HAD ACTED QUICKLY AND INTELLIGENTLY, PERHAPS HE COULD HAVE GIVEN AN ORDER TO SHOOT DOWN THE PLANE HEADED TOWARD THE PENTAGON AND SAVED THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO WERE KILLED.

Ohmygosh!! A full 7 minutes!!!! And what would you have done, Babs?? Disregard the fact that "whoever" (as I'm sure it wasn't Bush) gave the order to ground ALL aircraft immediately saved an estimated 5-7 more attacks on other American cities that morning. And your hero, John Kerry, sat mystified and confused with his liberal buddies in the Senate for a full 40 minutes.

9. BUSH INVADED IRAQ WITH THE RATIONALE OF IMAGINARY WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AND IGNORED THE REAL THREAT IN AFGHANNISTAN. NOW WE HAVE A TERRORIST BREEDING GROUND IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND OSAMA BIN LADEN AND ABU MUSSAB AL-ZARQAWI, A RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORIST, RUNNING FREE.

Maybe you didn't see the video of Osama-in the cave- bin laden?
Maybe you didn't hear about the first free elections that took place in Afghanistan. Maybe you have forgotten that the United States defeated the Taliban in Afghanistan with only a few thousand troopers, while the Soviet Union and Great Britain before have wasted thousands of lives failing. Maybe you're not paying attention that we are killing the little bastards as fast as they poke their smelly heads out of the holes they're living in??

10. BUSH IGNORED THE ADVICE OF THE GENERALS IN THE MILITARY WHO PROVED TO BE RIGHT.

Clinton's generals?? The "yes" men that were left after Clinton kicked or ran out the good guys?? Or do you mean Tommy Franks, who has repeatedly stated the President gave him what he asked for??

11. BUSH OPPOSED THE CREATION OF A DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with the cost, eh? And if he opposed it so much, why is there a Dept of Homeland Security now??

12. BUSH OPPOSED THE CREATION OF THE 9/11 COMMISSION.

And you wouldn't oppose a group of let's say me and my conservative buddies sitting around and debating things about you, right?

13. MORE THAN 3 YEARS LATER, OUR BORDERS, PORTS, AND NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS ARE STILL NOT SECURE.

That would be why we've suffered dozens of attacks in America since 9/11.

14. BUSH SUPPRESSED THE RELEASE OF A CIA REPORT THAT LAYS BLAME UPON HIGH-LEVEL PEOPLE IN HIS ADMINISTRATION FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER BEFORE 9/11.

blah blah blah - I believe this has been proven to be a report written by security wonks in the CIA acting on their own agenda, Babs. Not only that, but since when do you - a hollywood leftist -believe ANYTHING the CIA says?? I thought the CIA was responsible for killing JFK and bringing cocaine into the LA streets - which CIA are you going to support?

15. BUSH FAILED TO SECURE NEARLY 400 TONS OF KNOWN, DEADLY EXPLOSIVES IN IRAQ, AND NOW THEY MAY FALL INTO THE WRONG HANDS TO BE USED TO BLOW UP AIRPLANES, LEVEL BUILDINGS AND DETONATE NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

What nuclear weapons, Babs?? I didn't think there were any of those floating around out there? You mean the "400" tons that turned out to be 3 tons? You mean the "400" tons that dissapeared out from under the noses of the UN inspectors? What about the tens of thousands of tons of munitions we did destroy? You can't have it both ways, Babs.

IF BUSH HAD DONE ANY OF THESE THINGS, WE WOULD BE A SAFER MORE SECURE COUNTRY TODAY AND POSSIBLY COULD HAVE PREVENTED THE TRAGEDY OF 9/11.

And, if Bill Clinton hadn't turned tail and run from Somolia, bombed an asprin factory in the Sudan, ignored the building terrorist threat that attacked the WTC in 93, our embassies in Africa, etc etc etc, then maybe this wouldn't have happened.

Or, maybe it would have. In case you haven't noticed, there is a group of people in this world who would like nothing more than to have your (jewish, by the way) ass on a platter.

As I've said before, the sooner the Democrats rid themselves of idiots like Barbara Striesand, the sooner they will win more elections.

FOXNews.com - Views - No Mandate: The Anti-Kerry Election

I disagree. This election was not about being Anti-Kerry. It was about being pro-security. Kerry's (and the Democrat party as a whole) record on American safety first and foremost has been horrid since at least Vietnam, and they could not hide from that fact.

I do agree in part with the author when he states that we need to reign in the rampant, out of control spending the government has been bent on the past 12 years. There are thousands of places the Republicans can, and should cut the federal government, and I hope they do.

What I do realize, and the author does not, is that no amount of cuts or increases to the Federal budget mean diddly squat if we let the terror mongers of the world win.

See? The experts agree.
The good news, mental health experts say, is that most Kerry supporters will get over their disappointment on their own. In fact, maybe sooner than they think.

“Right now you’ve got them at the depths of their despair,” said Daniel Gilbert, a Harvard psychologist who has studied voters’ emotional reaction to elections. “They’re not going to feel worse in a week. They’re going to feel better.”
So, my depressed Democratic countrymen, quit your bellyaching and move on move ahead.

Ooookay. You know, I'd have been pretty upset had Kerry won, but we live in a Democratic Republic, and my local, state, and federal representatives will still pay attention to my opinion. If it's not the prevailing opinion (not the majority, in other words), then I either get over it, or work for change.

Killing myself wouldn't solve anything, nor would it inspire others to action. It would just be a burden on my family, and serve as a bad example of how to solve problems. This person clearly suffered from some sort of mental illness, and I feel sorry for his family.
