Clinton, ranked #24

ah, the good ole days. I'd managed to somehow forget most of this.

Clinton Friendship With Corrupt Union Boss by Linda Chavez

unfreaking believable. Now, imagine for a moment, if you could - that you strike out the name Bill Clinton, and insert the name George Bush. Think this would still be under the radar??

Iraqis, Seeking Foes of Saudis, Contacted bin Laden, File Says

but, but, but, I thought the Times has already told us there was NO connection??

Year Three; Where do we stand in this disorienting war?

A sure call to write your representitives and let them know you support our war on terror.

I'm mad, and I just can't take it anymore!!

"Right after 9/11, some of us thought it was impossible for leftist critics to undermine a war against fascists who were sexist, fundamentalist, homophobic, racist, ethnocentric, intolerant of diversity, mass murderers of Kurds and Arabs, and who had the blood of 3,000 Americans on their hands. We were dead wrong. In fact, they did just that. Abu Ghraib is on the front pages daily. Stories of thousands of American soldiers in combat against terrorist killers from the Hindu Kush to Fallujah do not merit the D section. Senator Kennedy's two years of insane outbursts should have earned him formal censure rather than a commemoration from the Democratic establishment."

Senator Leahy, would you like a tissue?

Saudi: Foreigners can carry guns

This is the first smart thing I've seen in the news today.

Riiight...

It's a well-known fact that non-suicidal people accidentally kill themselves by shooting themselves in the back. With a rifle. That was thrown against a wall for no apparent reason. Which evidently caused the gun to discharge. Assuming, of course, that when the person threw the rifle, he turned his back. Or something. No, really - that's what happened.

This just in: throwing a gun against a wall does NOT cause it to accidentally discharge. Pulling the trigger is the ONLY thing that makes a gun fire. Period.

Human stupidity is without limit.

Al Gore's speech

Frankly, I tried to make my way through the whole thing, but just couldn't stop myself from laughing throughout. The scary thing is that I think Algore even believes himself. A day does not go by that I don't give thanks this doofus is not the president.

Two highlights of his insanity:

"But now the extensive independent investigation by the bipartisan commission formed to study the 9/11 attacks has just reported that there was no meaningful relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda of any kind."

Now, good ole Algore is doing exactly what he criticizes the President for. The 9/11 commission DID find a relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda. What they did NOT find was a relationship between Iraq/al Qaeda/9-11. There are widely reported and well known connections between Iraq and al Qaeda going back over 10 years. You know, to when Clinton/Gore were in charge.

"And, of course, over the course of this past year we had previously found out that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq."

I suppose our poster boy for the idiotic left has neglected to remember the recent discovery of both mustard gas and sarin in Iraq? I also suppose he has managed to forget his own president, mr clinton, made exactly the same comments my President, Mr. Bush has made in relation to the WMDs??

There are times that I'd just like to be able to walk up to someone and knock the crap out of them.

Sure. Most mutant outer-space-alien-parented kids are.

Saddams Prison Letter

You know, I don't seem to recall the red cross visiting the american prisoners during the war. You know, the ones that were summarily executed? Nor do I recall the red cross visiting the two americans and now a south korean who have been beheaded.

odd, don't you think?

Rep. Kennedy no fan of Michael Moore film ad

You get the impression that we're not Moore fans?

Yeah. He makes documentaries. In Crazy World.

More on Moore; One man and a whole movement.

I respectfully disagree with the author. Michael Moore is an idiot.

Hysterical Hyperbole?

Pistol found that killed 8.5 million people. Chicago, that bastion of peace and level-headedness.

I could've sworn it was a fanatic that killed Archduke Franz Ferdinand.

John Kerry and the Economy

anyone here remember how the libbys (and the media) accused George Bush of "talking down the economy shortly after and during the last elections??? Apparently, they themselves have forgotten. They simply have to hate the internet. Interesting recent Washington Post Headline "Kerry to Step up Economic Crusade: Candidate will dismiss recent good news and emphasize gloomy picture matched by polls."

So, when will the press come out and start saying that Kerry is talking down the economy?? hhmmmm.

Gene Sperling told Good Morning America on March 16, 2001, that Bush had "hurt consumer confidence" by being "very pessimistic in talking down the economy."

On March 15, 2001, Senator Richard Durbin (D., Ill.) told CNN's Wolf Blitzer that "when President Bush looks at the economy, he doesn't see the doughnut, he just sees the hole."

On the March 14, 2001, broadcast of World News Tonight Peter Jennings opined that President Bush "has been talking down the economy for months as a way of selling his tax cut."
