Residents speak freely on Bill of Rights day

Here's an article from Annapolis, MD. It's Bill of Rights Day, the 213th birthday of the Bill of Rights, a document that reinforces the fact that government holds no power over inalienable human rights. The intrinsic nature of the first 10 amendments to the Constitution is that you (including the government) cannot take away that which is a fundamental human right.

What's interesting is how most people are in agreement with this thesis with respect to ALL of the Bill of Rights, with the notable exception of the Second Amendment.

Why is that? Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves, I'm leaving for the range to go shoot.
