as I suspected, Bush gave Kerry a thorough ass whipping. You can tell by the way in which the mainstream media is reporting the event. Note we're not hearing in breathless terms how wonderful Kerry did, how poorly Bush scowled, etc. Nada. Zip, Zero, Nada. Kerry used the same technique Edwards tried (and as unsuccesfully as well) in not answering any new question directly, but instead, going back to either refute something Bush said, or to add something to what he (kerry) said.
All the little libbys can say is, to quote George Steffie Stephanopolous "Kerry did a better job at remembering the names of the questioners."
