The Pope must die, says Muslim

Muslim outrage is so convenient. For the most part, when Muslims are perpetrating lies and violence against innocent men, women, and children, there is NO Muslim outrage. There are no protests in the street, no calls for imams to be beheaded, no insults hurled at Islam.

But the moment an Infidel dares to present even a hint of doubt to their sacred religion, all bets are off. Apparently, words of a non-Muslim are enough to justify the murders of other non-Muslims. I suppose by even writing this, I'm making myself a potential target for capital punishment.

Sure, we'll hear some well-meaning Muslim somewhere using the same boiler-plate denouncement of these protesters who are calling for the Pope to be killed. They'll say, "this is against our teachings," and basically tell the world that Islam is a good and moral religion. And for the most part, they're absolutely correct.

However, not all followers or even teachers of Islam are good and moral people. The same can be said of most world religions, including Christianity.

When Christian leaders do or teach wrong, it makes the news, and the legal system goes into action. However, when's the last time you saw a Christian blow up a marketplace full of innocent civilians because a Muslim pointed out what was wrong with Christianity?

The religion of peace. My ass.
