While Iran continues play a game of cat-and-mouse over its nuclear ambitions, it's Arab neighbors have recently discussed the possibility of a joint atomic energy program. This is a major shift in policy for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE - all have signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and agreements banning all uranium enrichment.
