this is a guess, and I really don't know the answer, but I'm betting that the governor of New Jersey is a Democrat. I only say that because nowhere in the story is his party affiliation listed. Seems to me that if you're a republican, and you get hit with a sexual lawsuit from someone of the same sex, that's real news.
