Austin news is so ridiculous. Police responded to a nut waving a shotgun around, spend hours negotiating, try "less lethal" rounds to incapacitate him, finally SWAT has to shoot him.
But it's an "officer-involved shooting."
Looks like even after SWAT shot him in the shoulder, he picked up the shotgun and tried to off himself. He missed, but looks like he'll be eating through a straw for a while.

Ahhhh, ze French
In yet another example of how multiculturalism and political correctness are only grounds for failure, France has been ravaged for nearly 2 weeks by rioting islamists. In yet another example of the MSM failing its readers/viewers again, the major news outlets flat out refuse to admit that the ongoing rioting has anything to do with islamic jihadists.
It is almost enjoyable to sit back and watch the oh so smug French fester in a problem of their own making. I find it rather entertaining that the Frogs, in their holier than thou manner, stayed out of Iraq and the war on terror and still manage to have problems with the 10% of their country who happens to be muslim.
What is truly alarming to me is the manner in which the media outlets are reporting this. Or should I say NOT reporting this. In perusing the rag otherwise known as the Dallas Morning News, there are 2 stories concerning the rioting. Both are under the fold - first on page 1, and then again on page 26. Both also happen to be under less than flattering stories about the President's trip to South America. Both stories fail to mention until well within the body of their story that it's muslim punks causing the problem. Instead, and the trend throughout the rest of the MSM is that immigrants are unhappy with their treatment, as in this AP story:
"Chirac said France was determined to promote "respect for all, justice and equal opportunities." Violence has been concentrated in poor suburbs with large immigrant populations."
Yes, the muslim thugs who are causing the problems are surely showing respect, eh?
And what are the brave French doing to combat the poor misunderstood muslim hoods? Why, they're doing exactly what you would expect ze French to do. They're taking pictures!
"Seven police helicopters fitted with powerful lights and cameras flew over Paris and some of the other cities in an effort to pursue and identify the youths, who have taken to setting fires then racing away, often on scooters."
The muslim punks state that they're upset because they're not being shown any respect. Interior Minister Sarkozy reportedly called the poor little wogs thugs and scum and hurt their little feelings. So in response, they go on a rampage, burning everything in site.
However, MSNBC takes the cake in their reporting. It's not so bad they say. After all, if you were to go back to the LA riots in the wake of the Rodney King beating, 50 people were killed. To date, no one is dead in France yet, so it's just a bunch of poor misunderstood kids who are expressing themselves. MSNBC denounces Sarkozy's comments, finding his words are to blame for apparently thousands of muslim thugs acting like the punk ass scumbags they are.
I can only hope that something like this would not happen in the United States. However, the muslim punks around the world, including our own version of the little scumbags here in the states, cannot be anything but emboldened by the lack of action by the French government and the lack of any sort of denouncement in the world wide media.
Until the world starts treating these scumbags like the punks they are, this is going to be a recurring theme. I mean, really, what would it take for the muslim thugs in Detroit - home to the largest islamic population in the US - to go on a little rampage like this?
As for France, I'm sure Charlemagne is rolling in his grave.

New Dog
Well, as of this afternoon, JR has a new pet. At the present time, the animal is named Sugar. That sucks, but a 14-year-old girl (The Princess) got to pick it. We'll see if it sticks. Right now, Sugar is yelping like a caged animal in her...um...cage. I'm crate-training her, and that's a little disconcerting for the pup. She's part shepherd, part something else - not really sure what. Maybe Siberian, based on some markings, her eyes, and tail. Guess we'll know in a couple months.

Bizarre fight over charcoal ends in freak death of husband

US bird flu plan under attack
Somebody - someone who understands basic logic - besides me (I'm a computer scientist) - help me understand the logic here.
People are criticizing a plan that they say should've been implemented FIVE years ago, for a problem that does not yet exist today. More people have died from snake bites, alligator attacks, and frickin' sharks (no laser beams on their heads) than from bird flu (62 - count 'em - 62 people have died from bird flu). Where's the plan for eliminating reptiles and scary fish? And where are the critics of that plan? For that matter, shouldn't we have a plan for open containers of water, tall buildings, and mosquito bites? How do you get the bird flu?

Not American football, of course, but rather that sport that allows tie games and involves running up and down the field with almost no action most of the time. Anyhoo, this is pretty HI-larious. In an effort to eliminate frivilous fatwas, a Saudi paper published one. It's an interesting insight to the Muslim Arab mind, chock full of logical gems like this one:

Strong, Sweet Smell Reported in Manhattan

Iraq war foes ready for 2,000th military death
Cindy Sheehan, the military mother who made her son's death in Iraq a rallying point for the anti-war movement, plans to tie herself to the White House fence to protest the milestone of 2,000 U.S. military deaths in Iraq.
I can picture her and her hate driven cohorts sitting around celebrating every American soldier's death that draws them closer to their next opportunity to show the world what hate filled attention whores they are. It makes me sick.

Do you find it odd, dear reader, that there has not been ONE story with a positive shine on Iraq coming to us from the AP? A quick glance to Reuters' stories shows the same thing. NOT. ONE.
You know, I think the press would be completely at fault if all it wrote was glowing, supportive stories of our efforts on the war - nothing is perfect. The opposite is true as well. I find it hard to believe, nay, impossible to believe that nothing is going our way in this war. And you know what, a lot is going our way. Why is it that we don't hear about it?
At least the good folks at CENTCOM are TRYING to get the story out. It's just too damn bad no one is listening.

IS AVIAN FLU BEING OVERHYPED?

I've got a special interest in this story. My great-grandmother died in 1918 in New Orleans, one of the 25 million or so victims of the Spanish Influenza. Lucky for me, her offspring survived.
I suspect that while it's prudent to cull birds, get flu shots, and generally be aware of the danger that influenza presents to the young, elderly, and those with supressed immune systems, it's just as prudent to keep this thing in perspective.
The sky is not falling (yet).
As a medical researcher, I want to make a gentle but sincere plea to the blogosphere to calm down this flu hysteria just a bit. The main way that flu kills is by predisposing its victims to "superinfection" by bacterial illnesses - in 1918, we had no antibiotics for these superimposed infections, but now we have plenty. Such superinfections, and the transmittal of flu itself, were aided tremendously by the crowded conditions and poor sanitation of the early 20th century - these are currently vastly improved as well. Flu hits the elderly the hardest, but the "elderly" today are healthier, stronger, and better nourished than ever before. Our medical infrastructure is vastly better off, ranging from simple things like oxygen and sterile i.v. fluids, not readily available in 1918, to complex technologies such as respirators and dialysis. Should we be concerned? Sure, better safe than sorry, and concerns about publishing the sequence are worth discussing. Should we panic? No - my apologies to the fearmongers, but we will never see another 1918.I've been hesitant to post about this, because I've been observing the progression of the bird flu around the world, and have been waiting for confirmation of human-to-human transmission of the disease. I've heard none.

They also have game show and reality type shows where the whole premise is based on kids hooking up.
The latest statements by Madonna on "The beast" would lead people to believe that she no longer condones this behavior and wouldn't support something that promotes it or tries to pass it off as normal behavior, but no. She was just on MTV promoting her new album.

In one of television's inadvertently funny moments, the NBC News correspondent was paddling in a canoe during a live report about flooding in Wayne, N.J. This post is for my pals in the smoke shop. We were asking the question just yesterday: "why don't we hear more about the plots that have been busted?" It seems to us that pointing out a few select incidents might help illustrate why we're fighting a war on terror, without inciting panic. I ventured to guess that if we knew of all the plans, it'd scare the bejeebers out of everyone. However, a measured dose of reality would be good for the public.
As if on queue, this article appears in the Washington Post today. Seems we all missed the content of the President's speech yesterday, where he outlined why we're in the fight.

Shooting Games
After all the questions about the shooting games, I thought we should post links to the disciplines that we shoot. There are huge differences in the two.
International Defensive Pistol Association
IDPA is supposed to be geared toward concealed carry. You have to start with your pistol concealed by a vest, shirt, or coat. They have strict rules regarding equipment and gun modifications. You have to shoot targets as you see them while shooting around a barricade, or near to far if out in the open. Stages are usually 12 rounds or less, but can be as many as 18. You have to shoot a stage exactly as described in the course of fire (COF). You are scored on how long it takes you to shoot a stage and then you have time added to that raw time for each point down you are on a target. It's fun, but the tactical chipmunks bow up and start acting silly whenever they perceive something as being "gamey" or "USPSA like". A shooter was disqualified from this years IDPA Nationals for "Gaming".

USPSA is like a video game. It's not uncommon to shoot stages that are over 30 rounds. It's up to you to solve the shooting problem and usually can shoot a COF however you choose. You can use race equipment like the belts, holsters and magazine carriers Catfish and Pimp Daddy are wearing in the pictures. In recent years USPSA has introduced a production class, where you can shoot a stock service pistol and you shoot it out of a practical holster, not a race rig. They also have a Limited 10 division where you can only load 10 rounds in each magazine. You can shoot your single stack 1911 in this division and not have to worry about the low capacity disadvantage. You can also plunk down $3000 to $4000 on a race gun like the one Brad just got.
There is no pseudo tactical bull sh!t in USPSA. Just whip it out and shoot it as fast as you can. You are scored on the raw time it takes you to shoot the stage, and you get points for your hits on targets. An A is worth 5 points, B's and C's are worth 4 and a D is worth 2.
Both are fun and both are trigger time, but most of us here think that USPSA is more fun. Overall, the level of shooter in USPSA is much better. People that dominate their local IDPA match can show up at a USPSA match and find themselves finishing mid pack after shooting a very good match. This has driven all of us to step up our game and get better. We are all shooting better and faster than we ever have.
My advise is to shoot both. More shooting = more fun. You can find a local club using the web sites.

As you can see, not all that big of a difference (14mm) between the two mags. But the extra bullets are oh so nice. Also, by looking closely, you should be able to see that this ain't no BBQ gun. This is a work gun, and it gets LOTS of work.

Two Americas?
I often ask myself why it is that there often appears to be two Americas. The America that I believe in; the land of the free and the home of the brave. And the America that we see on TV - the land of the oppressed and the home of the cowardly.
After perusing the major news outlets today, it became a bit clearer to me just why that is. As I’m sure you’ve heard, while the Gulf Coast was getting battered by Hurricane Rita there was an anti-war demonstration going on in Washington. CBSFOXCNN gave us almost exactly the same story: “Cindy Sheehan, mother of a US soldier who was killed in Iraq took part in the largest demonstration against the war since America invaded Iraq. A coalition of anti-war protestors also took part, including Joan Baez and the Reverend Jesse Jackson.” With only minor changes or additions, that’s what we were told. You can see what they said exactly here, here, and here.
For whatever reason, ABC and MSNBC had no story whatsoever about the protest on their front pages and I didn’t feel like digging to page 28B to find anything.
Now, if the MSM were my only source for news, I’d be fairly convinced that the protestors were a group of peaceful folks who gathered together to exercise their 1st amendment rights and express their opinion of the Iraq war. If I was a mind numbed lemming, I might even be inclined to agree with all or some of what they were saying because they seem like rational folks with a bunch of like minded individuals.

Of course, the dark side of the protest somehow didn't get any coverage by our pals in the "professional" media.

Houston, Suburbs Spared From Rita's Wrath
From where I'm sitting in North Central Texas, Rita was (mercifully) not as bad as everyone in the media predicted. I'm not saying it wasn't bad for some, because it was. I'm saying it could've been many times worse. In spite of all the traffic, the gas shortages, panic runs on gas stations, etc., things weren't quite so bad.
So let's talk about how people acted during the pre-storm evacuation. Runs on gasoline, water, and groceries. Not panic, but definitely trepidation.
What if it had been a real emergency? How comfortable are you with the way your neighbors acted in this situation? How prepared were you? Are you more or less likely to own a gun now?

StormTrack: Rita
I stopped by the local Kroger tonight for supplies (beer). The place was very busy, and about half the water was gone. Thank goodness the beer supplies were well-stocked.
I'm thinking that even up here in North Central Texas, we're liable to see some action from this storm, which is apparently becoming a monster. The 3rd lowest recorded barometric pressure for an Atlantic storm, and the possibility of 185mph sustained winds? Mercy. This is gonna suck for the Texas Gulf Coast.
Heck, it won't be a picnic for us up here. Keep your fingers crossed.

Monumental surrender - Michelle Malkin
I remind you of all this because the official Flight 93 memorial unveiled last week is now embroiled in overdue public controversy. Funded with a mix of public money and private cash (including a $500,000 grant from Teresa Heinz's far-left Heinz Endowments), the winning design, titled the 'Crescent of Embrace,' features a grove of maple trees ringing the crash site in the shape of an unmistakable red crescent. The crescent, New York University Middle East Studies professor Bernard Haykel told the Johnstown, Pa., Tribune-Democrat, 'is the symbol of ritual and religious life for Muslims.'Red crescent, my ass.

On Shooting
Largely because I'm tired of listening to the latest liberal diatribes and don't feel like giving them any space here today, I decided I'd like to talk to you about something fun.
Let's talk shooting!
For starters class, if you are still shooting Weaver, it's time to step into the 21st century. Yes, Weaver was a great advancement over shooting one handed. But that was decades ago. If you attend a class by a tactical trainer and he/she is teaching you to shoot Weaver, walk out and demand a refund.
What, little Johnny? You have a question? Why is Weaver so bad? Well, I'm glad you asked.
1. Weaver is slow, and follow up - for you ninnys who don't shoot, that means the ability to rapidly put more rounds on target - is practically impossible.
2. Weaver does not allow for you to move quickly. Instead, the tactical church that teaches Weaver will have you do the infamous "step drag" when you're moving, because in real life, you'll magically lose your ability to walk or negotiate obstacles unless you're dragging a leg behind you. So, instead of giving you the ability to haul ass and present a more challenging target to the individual trying to put you in the ground; or negotiate a course of fire rapidly, they'll have you move slowly and present an easier target.
3. Weaver is counter-intuitive. For example, Johnny, why don't you come up to the front of the class. Act like you're going to run into me, or try to push me to the ground. You'll note, as I push you back, that I don't extend my right arm to full extension and keep my left arm bent at a 45 degree angle to your attack. You'll note that as I push back, I'm doing so equally with both my hands. Now, after you dust your ass off Johnny, you can go back to your desk. And use some deodorant tomorrow, will you?
4. Weaver does not allow you to transition from your strong hand to your weak hand without some serious attention.
5. Weaver does not allow your upper body to act as a turret - yep, turning to your weak side is easy. Try turning to your strong side, or shoot around a barricade on your strong side. Not so easy, is it?
6. Weaver does not allow you to transition to other weapon platforms, like rifles or shotguns easily. And if you thought putting your pistol in your weak hand was hard with Weaver, try doing that with a long gun.
I could go on for days, but suffice it to say class, that Weaver is outdated and inefficient.

Let me introduce you to the modern isosceles. Take note of this picture of me taken yesterday at the monthly Waco uspsa match. The picture was taken instantly after pulling the trigger, or should I say, about .15 seconds after. You'll note that there is no muzzle flip. You'll note that an on target follow up shot is possible. If I was kneeling or sitting, nothing in this picture would be any different (only shorter). If I were moving, nothing would change (only blurry). If I were shooting left handed, nothing would change (other than holding the gun in my left hand). If I was holding a rifle or shotgun, very, very little would change.
Now, I see that you, back there hiding in the corner have a question. If this is such a great way to shoot, why do people continue to teach Weaver?
That's probably the best question of the day. There is a deeply ingrained doctrine still taught by those advocates of the tactical church. Think France. 1940. Maginot Line. Despite all sorts of evidence to the contrary, they continue to preach their outdated tactical doctrine. You can usually spot them on their rare forays to competitive shooting by the following:
- they shoot slow.
- they miss a lot, especially on that second shot of the double tap. For you ninnys not familiar with that term, a double tap is when you pull the trigger two times in rapid succession, but only take one sight picture. Yeah, I'm a historian and my math skills are usually not very good. But even I can see that's a bad, piss poor idea. Where's that second shot go? If you're up close, say within 3 yards, it's probably going to be ok, but the farther away you get from the target, the farther away that second shot gets from the first. By 10 yards, it could very likely be completely off the target. Unless you're just lucky and sadly, you can't count on luck. You CAN count on skill, and I'd rather rely on that.
- they don't usually come out to play at a match, whether it's uspsa, or idpa. (in fact, they'll practically NEVER attend a uspsa match, and you are much more likely to see them out and about at an idpa match) When you ask them why, they'll tell you because the skills you'll use in a match will get you killed in real life. Right, Johnny, shooting fast, accurately, and on the move is a bad plan.
- they'll move around and change position, albeit slowly, when they're shooting from behind cover including kneeling and going prone. Because in real life class, the sheetrock in your house and office will provide you with plenty of hard cover to hide behind. You will of course, note my sarcasm.
- they have a complete lack of ability or skill to perform even simple, routine shooting drills, like an el presidente. For those of you non-shooting pukes out there, an el prez is a drill practiced by shooters world wide. There are 3 targets, 10 yards downrange, and each of the targets is 2 yards apart. You start with your back to the targets, turn, draw and engage each target with two rounds, reload, and re-engage each target with two rounds. I have yet to see a tactical god, shooting Weaver, do anything faster than 12-13 seconds. I'm down in the high 5's, low 6's day in and day out, and I'm only getting better. My goal is to get it down in the high 4's, low 5's and that'll come with more practice. There are guys out there that are doing the drill in the low 3's, repeatable, with all their hits on paper. And guess what, they ain't shootin' Weaver style.
Now, if someone continues to shoot Weaver style, even after being presented with the facts as outlined above, that's fine. Because that's just one more person that I will crush at the match.
Let's recap, class, shall we?
If you shoot Weaver style, you'll shoot slow, move slow, and tend to miss that ever important second or third or fourth shot (because contrary to what you see in the movies, handguns are notoriously poor manstoppers). You'll not be able to easily transfer the weapon to your weak hand, and you'll not be able to easily transfer your skills to a long gun.
But hey, if you want to continue shooting old school, you go right ahead. I'll look for you at the bottom of the heap, and not the top. Your choice.

Chai Soua Vang, a 36-year-old truck driver who is a member of St. Paul, Minnesota's Hmong minority community, faces an automatic sentence of six life terms in prison after the all-white jury found him guilty of six counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder after three hours of deliberations.I'm surprised it took the whole 3 hours.

Bush Vows Aid for Storm-Struck Gulf Coast
You know, I love President Bush. When it comes to protecting the United States, I believe he is clearly a visionary.
However, I haven't been very thrilled with much of his domestic policy in the past, and I'm not really thrilled with the proposal to rebuild as reported here.
When will we learn that you cannot fix a problem simply by throwing money at it. When exactly did the war on poverty start? How much have we spent?
Rather than let the free market system dictate what was fixed, what was rebuilt, and when, our government is growing in massive leaps and bounds. Are we really sure that Republicans control the White House, Congress, and the Senate? They are acting as if FDR were in the White House, and not George W. Bush.
The sad thing on top of all this is that no matter what Bush does to ease the plight of poor folks who were hurt from the storm, it will never be enough for the leftists. He will never do anything up to their standards, and if he thinks this will end the criticism his administration has been enduring as of late, I believe they will be sadly mistaken.
And, frankly, this gives me the flat out willies:

I trust the Bush Administration to do the right thing and not abuse the potential power proposed here. If this were Bill Clinton's administration, I'd be in a full out panic - and there's always a chance that a leftist Democrat will get back into the White House and use the powers Bush has established to protect the American people to destroy those same people.

This hits on a trend that's been going on for some time. The typical reporter or reporterette doesn't seem to do much background research on the stories they pretend to be experts on. They do the same thing when they talk about evil, cop killing bullets that are teflon coated, armor piercing, and capable of shooting down an airplane; when in reality, they wouldn't be able to pick out an AK-47 from a Mossberg 500.
Also take into consideration that of the many "how to talk to the media" events I've had to attend, they all stress that the poor reporters/reporterettes are too busy nowadays to write their own stories, so if we write them for them, we'll have a better chance to get our information out. How many news stories have we seen in the last few years that look as if they were written by the head of the DNC, or Handgun Control Inc?

Blacks fault lack of local leadership
The hurricane relief, or lack thereof, has been gnawing at me since the story first broke. At what point have we arrived when American citizens refuse to take care of themselves, and only cry out for the government to help them?
I heard a radio interview over the weekend with one of the evacuees in Houston, bitching that the $2000 debit card he received from FEMA wasn't enough, he needed at least $10,000 to feed his family. I had to wonder just how much the Astrodome was charging people to eat? I could understand his comments if he was paying full price for the usual fare to be found in the dome, but I do believe everything they are getting now is free. So just what this fellow was needing 10K to feed his kids for was somewhat mystifying to me. And sickening.
Now, this article in the Washington Times seems to have not quite made the rounds in the rest of the MSM. The sad thing is that if this minister was white, he'd be instantly labeled as a racist pig:
"The truth is, black people died not because of President Bush or racism, they died because of their unhealthy dependence on the government and the incompetence of Mayor Ray Nagin and Governor Kathleen Blanco...."
I have yet to see anything that disputes what this man said.

Reason: Defenseless On the Bayou: New Orleans gun confiscation is foolish and illegal
This is a brilliant insight to what happens when government over-steps its bounds. In this case, it's an emergency that apparently gives New Orleans the right to suspend civil liberties, and delegate their authority to other non-local governmental police agencies. The results?
Last week, thousands of New Orleanians huddled in the Superdome and the Convention Center got a taste of anarcho-tyranny. Everyone entering those buildings was searched for firearms. So for a few days, they lived in a small world without guns. As in other such worlds, the weaker soon became the prey of the stronger. Tuesday's New Orleans Times-Picayune reported some of the grim results, as an Arkansas National Guardsman showed the reporter dozens of bodies rotting in a non-functional freezer.You don't agree with the value of an armed citizenry?
The Times-Picayune detailed how dozens of neighbors in one part of Algiers had formed a militia. After a car-jacking and an attack on a home by looters, the neighborhood recognized the need for a common defense; they shared firearms, took turns on patrol, and guarded the elderly. Although the initial looting had resulted in a gun battle, once the patrols began, the militia never had to fire a shot. Likewise, the Garden District of New Orleans, one of the city's top tourist attractions, was protected by armed residents.Let me ask you this question: if you were a resident of New Orleans, and were allowed to re-enter the city to collect your belongings, would you go unarmed? Me neither.

But experts say when natural disasters strike, it is the primary responsibility of state and local governments - not the federal government - to respond.Huh. I reckon that makes me an "expert," huh? Nevermind that. Let's talk about who should have done their jobs, and who decided to blame it on someone else.
As one FEMA official told ABC News, Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco failed to submit a request for help in a timely manner.Oops. Looks like the Feds think it's the Governor's problem.
One aide to the governor told ABC News today Blanco thought city officials were taking care of the evacuation.Oops. Looks like the Guv thought it was a local government problem.
"If the city and the state are stumbling or in over their head, then it's FEMA's [Federal Emergency Management Agency's] responsibility to show some leadership," said Jerry Hauer, director of public health preparedness at the Department of Health and Human Services.Oops. "Special arrangements will be made to evacuate persons unable to transport themselves," the plan states.
When Hurricane Katrina hit, however, that plan was not followed completely.
Instead of sending city buses to evacuate those who could not make it out on their own, people in New Orleans were told to go to the Superdome and the Convention Center, where no one provided sufficient sustenance or security.

Additional Re-Entry InformationAfter Thursday, nobody will be allowed re-entry into the Parish for WEEKS, so the utility companies can work unhindered.

Be advised that Jefferson Parish's conditions are deplorable.
Garbage will not be collected for some time, therefore we are asking all citizens to bury on their property any type of meats, poultry, and seafood that is removed from freezers and refrigerators. Normal garbage can be held in trash cans until collections are resumed.
Again, to reiterate to all Jefferson Parish residents - there will be no electricity, no sewerage capabilities, and very low water pressure throughout the parish. Additionally, there are no food commodities, no gasoline, no restauratants, no drug stores available at all in Jefferson Parish. We are urging residents to get in, assess your property, gather needed items and leave. It will be weeks before Jefferson Parish is livable.
The following are items that you may want to bring along when you return:
Bleach, rubber gloves, bottled water, cameras, prescription drugs, sanitation supplies, plastic garbage bags, disinfectant, flashlights, and batteries.

No Love Lost Between Blanco and Bush
Like estranged in-laws at a holiday gathering, President Bush and Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco kept their distance as both toured a relief center for storm victims Monday. At their next stop, the Republican president kissed the Democratic governor on the cheek, but it wasn't clear whether they had made up.A pity that the President has to make the move when the Governor of Louisiana doesn't have the good sense to admit she's wrong. Nonetheless, she keeps on with her incompetence:
Blanco has refused to sign over control of the National Guard to the federal government and has turned to a Clinton administration official, former Federal Emergency Management Agency chief James Lee Witt, to help run relief efforts.What a waste of salt water. This woman couldn't run a daycare, much less a state in this Union.
