Police in Berane say the men were fully naked and appear to emerge only at night - usually in pairs. Local media speculated the men could be walking naked either after losing a drunken bet or for health reasons.Health reasons? Give me a freakin' break. I see two naked fags walking down the street, I'm betting it's not for health reasons. This doesn't fly here in Texas.
